KODE IDENTIFIKASI MATERIAL

CODE / KODE

Suatu tanda atau tulisan dengan aturan tertentu yang mencerminkan suatu kepentingan atau tujuan tertentu.

BENTUK KODE
  • Angka
  • Huruf
  • Gabungan angka dan huruf
  • Gambar Isyarat / gerakan
  • Warna Bunyi dan lain-lain

SYARAT DARI SUATU KODE
  • •ederhana, jelas dan mudah dimengerti
  • Cepat menimbulkan reaksi tindakan
  • Tidak menimbulkan pengertian yang lain atau berbeda
  • Harus disosialisasikan

    • *Tidak termasuk kode rahasia
KODE MATERIAL
  • Kode material biasanya digunakan untuk memberikan kode pada material atau peralatan
  • Umumnya kode material menggunakan angka atau gabungan huruf dan angka.

Peralatan :

  • Waukesha (Gas Engine) : L 3711
  • Mercedes : C180, 200, 230
  • Peugeot : 206, 306, 307, 406


Kode Material yang dipakai dibidang Perminyakan
  • Kode yang dipakai dibidang perminyakan seperti Pertamina dan para mitra kerjanya seperti KPS,TAC,JOB,anak perusahaan Pertamina dll. adalah KIMAP (Kode Identifikasi Material Pertamina)
  • Sheel Group menggunakan MESC (Material Equipment & Standard Code)
  • BP menggunakan Vocab
  • Dsb.

SISTIM PEMBERIAN KODE MATERIAL DI PERMINYAKAN
Sistim pemberian kode material pada umumnya menggunakan angka :
  • KIMAP – 10 angka
  • MESC – 10 angka
  • Vocab – 8 angka

BARANG APA SAJA YANG BISA DIBERI KODE MATERIAL ?
  • Walaupun pada prinsipnya semua barang dapat diberi kode material, tetapi kita harus selektif dalam memberi kode material. Barang yang sudah menjadi STANDARD perusahaan, atau merupakan STOCK ITEM saja yang kita beri kode material. Sedang untuk direct charge item tidak perlu. Kalau tetap diminta, cukup diberi kode terbatas.


STRUKTUR KODE IDENTIFIKASI MATERIAL
Kode identifikasi Material terdiri dari 10 angka/digits :

xx.xx.xx.xxxx

xx – dua digit pertama menujukkan Kelompok Utama

xx – dua digit kedua menunjukkan Sub Kelompok

xx – dua digit ketiga menunjukkan Sub-Sub Kelompok

xxxx - empat digit terakhir menunjukkan Nomor Item

menunjukkan : Fungsi dan Penggunaan(umum)

  • Sub Kelompok : 01 – 99
menunjukkan : Nama Pabrik

  • Nomor item untuk mengidentifikasi material itu sendiri yang sering juga disebut individual item.
  • Pada umumnya Nomor Item menunjukkan :
    • nama barang (suku cadang)
    • ukuran (line pipe)
    • warna (cat)
    • kemasan (oil)
    • urutan kelompok (suku cadang)
    • urutan abjad (sukucadang Caterpillar)
